Kamil Umiński – “The Professor”
Kamil Umiński , known in the sports community as “The Professor,” is one of the top Polish grapplers, a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and a four-time European and World Champion in ADCC (Abu Dhabi Combat Club), the most prestigious submission grappling organization. He is an experienced coach and active competitor who regularly participates in international tournaments such as ADCC and Crest Professional in Finland.
Karol Milewski – Mr. Olympia Champion
Karol Milewski is the first Pole to win the Mr. Olympia title in the wheelchair bodybuilding category, achieving this historic victory in 2023 by breaking the five-time champion Harold Kelley’s dominance. After a motorcycle accident in 2010 that left him with multiple spinal fractures and the loss of the ability to walk, Karol returned to the gym and became an inspiration to millions.
Piotr "Bestia" ("The Beast") Piechowiak
– bodybuilder, strongman, MMA fighter, personal trainer, and influencer.
He began his athletic career at the age of 14, winning a gold medal at the Lubusz Province Bodybuilding Championships. His achievements include Polish bodybuilding champion titles, two-time national runner-up in strongman competitions, and gold medals at the Invictus Cup IFBB Pro Italy (2023). In the MMA world, he gained fame as an undefeated fighter in the FAME MMA federation (record 3-0), where he defeated Marcin Najman, Piotr Szeliga, and Krzysztof Radzikowski.
Julia Morawska
An athlete (currently one of the top Hyrox Pro competitors in Poland), formerly a physique sports and powerlifting competitor, and above all, a psychodietitian and graduate of the Institute for Functional Medicine (USA). She has many years of clinical experience, is a trainer, and an author of articles for industry magazines such as Food Forum and Body Challenge.
She specializes in lifestyle medicine—prevention and support in the treatment of lifestyle-related diseases, overweight, obesity, eating disorders, hormonal imbalances, and gastrointestinal issues. She also provides nutritional and supplementation guidance for pregnancy and athletes.
She has an open mind, deep respect for human physiology, and lives by the motto:
“A dietitian/trainer/doctor who claims to know everything—knows nothing.”
Tommy Mitchell
Hi, my name is Tommy. I help men build dominant, “alpha” physiques.
I have hundreds of amazing transformations in my team.
I’m also an amateur competitor in the men’s physique category, currently in my second competition season, aiming to earn my IFBB Pro card within the next year.
I support men who want not just a great physique, but also a strong mindset and a lifestyle that brings joy.
Health is wealth — that’s why I strongly promote a healthy lifestyle: good food, training, cardio, getting enough steps, as well as proper and high-quality supplements.

The face of Kurdish MMA, Mario Saeed is a respected professional mixed martial artist and the proud owner of Trojan Free Fighters MMA School in Bristol. Known for his relentless work ethic and technical precision inside the cage, Mario has become a prominent figure in the UK MMA scene and a source of pride for the Kurdish community.
With years of competitive experience and a passion for coaching, Mario has cultivated a strong team of fighters under the Trojan Free Fighters banner—instilling discipline, resilience, and a champion mindset in every athlete who walks through his doors. As an affiliate athlete, Mario embodies the values of hard work, loyalty, and the pursuit of excellence.
